I’ll meet you there without judgment, without pressure, and without pretending everything’s okay when it’s not. I’ll be real with you, especially when the truth is hard to hear, because I care too much to let you keep hiding from yourself. I use empathy and authenticity to foster a positive therapeutic relationship. I want you to feel comfortable in a non-judgmental space where you will feel supported.
